材料和方法 将选择一名易于通过种植体上的固定假体进行康复、总体健康状况良好(ASA I 和 ASA II)、没有关节问题或开口受限的患者,并且在阅读信息表后,患者知情同意,并澄清任何疑问,自愿同意参与本研究。
将采用高精度传统方法(例如刚性印象夹板)获取参考模型。 第一印象将使用双混合添加硅树脂(腻子和液体)和开放托盘来获得。 根据该记录,将生成第一个模型,该模型将用于用刚性、低收缩光固化材料固定印模转印件,随后将用圆盘对其进行切片。 随后,将转移物与口中的夹板拧紧,并使用低收缩光固化材料重新连接,从而最大限度地减少错误累积的可能性。 拖拽整个装置进行第二次印模,并用改进的 IV 型石膏(GC Fujirock;GC)铸造,从而获得主模型。 该模型将使用实验室扫描仪进行数字化以获得参考数字模型,并将与实验组产生的样本进行比较。
