纳入标准:
- 1-3期乳腺癌的诊断;
- 至少 3 个月前接受过手术切除;
- 至少4个月前完成新辅助/辅助化疗和/或放射治疗;
- 积极癌症治疗后 5 年内;
- 过去 3 个月内持续疼痛,令人烦恼;
- 参加干预的医疗许可
- 18岁以上;
- 英语口语流利;
- 可以访问互联网和技术来参与在线计划。 目前正在接受辅助内分泌治疗或分子靶向治疗或在过去 5 年内完成这些治疗的患者有资格参加。
排除标准:
如果参与者出现以下情况,将被排除在研究之外:
- 根据提供者的临床判断,表现出明显的认知障碍;
- 已有非癌症疼痛状况,
- 根据患者健康问卷 9 的得分高于 15 分确定,患有严重的情绪困扰,影响了团体参与。
