- 组织学或细胞学证实的转移性或不可切除的复发性 HNSCC 不适合局部治疗
- 适用于一线抗 PD1 或 PDL1 单一疗法或联合疗法
- 必须根据实验室手册提交代表当前疾病的新鲜或存档的块肿瘤样本
排除标准:
- 非鳞状组织学(例如鼻咽或唾液腺)
- 一线化疗和/或放化疗后 6 个月内复发或复发
- PD-L1 阴性肿瘤 (CPS <1)
