参考文献 开药处方是老年人护理中的一个重要方面(即老年人的护理)。 60 岁或 65 岁及以上的人)。 然而,衰老过程会导致生理变化,从而增加药物不良事件的风险,不适当的多重用药可能会导致药物间相互作用,降低用药依从性,给患者和医疗保健系统带来巨大成本,并降低人们的能力进行日常生活活动。

研究配置 最初的调查问卷是根据之前的系统评价(目前正在撰写的文章)的结果制定的,旨在确定行为健康理论(HBT)(其中包含的概念),这些理论解释了老年人和非正式护理人员的取消处方意图和/或他们的实际取消处方行为,以及 rPATD 调查问卷和 BMQ 调查问卷。

- 年龄60岁或以上;

非正式护理人员

排除标准:
老年人
- 患有精神疾病;
- 过去或现在的药物或酒精依赖;
- 患有绝症;
- 由于功能或认知障碍而无法用法语完成书面调查问卷;
- 无法用法语理解和表达自己的意思。
非正式看护者
- 照顾者年龄未满18岁;
- 因提供护理而获得报酬的护理人员;
- 护理人员无法表示同意并用法语填写书面调查问卷;
