这项随机对照试验的目的是评估中风患者的身体成分、疲劳、活动水平和功能状态。 它旨在回答的主要问题是:
中风患者的身体成分如何受到影响? 中风患者的疲劳程度有何影响? 中风患者的活动水平如何受到影响? 中风患者的功能状态如何受到影响? 在这项研究中,我们纳入了 21 名中风患者和 21 名健康对照者。 通过生物电阻抗分析(BIA)评估参与者的身体成分,通过疲劳严重程度量表(FSS)评估参与者的疲劳程度,通过Rivermead活动指数(RMI)评估活动水平,并通过功能独立量表(FIM)评估功能状态。

- 年龄在18-65岁之间
- 自愿参加研究
- 迷你心理测试得分为 25 分或以上
- 在改良排名量表上获得 0-3 分的分数
中风患者的排除标准:
- 患有心功能不全
- 病态肥胖
- 有起搏器
- 怀孕了
健康个体的纳入标准:
- 年龄在30-65岁之间
- 自愿参加研究
- 没有任何神经、骨科、风湿病和代谢问题
- 迷你心理测试得分为 25 分或以上
健康个体的排除标准:
- 参加任何脂肪燃烧饮食计划
- 定期锻炼
- 怀孕了
