膝骨关节炎 (OA) 会导致老年人疼痛、残疾和生活质量差。 因此,它会严重影响人们的生活质量和身体机能。 国际指南建议将运动疗法与患者教育和体重管理(如果需要)一起作为所有膝骨关节炎患者的一线治疗。 然而,全世界每年进行超过 1,000,000 例 TKA 手术,并且随着人口老龄化和肥胖症的增加,这一数字预计将显着增加4。 尽管 TKA 通常被认为是一种有效的治疗选择,但高达 20% 的患者在手术后并不完全满意 5。 与全身麻醉相比,初次 TKA 期间通常使用脊髓麻醉,因为其据称具有安全性优势、术后立即恢复更快、术中出血减少以及输血率更低。 为了帮助患者在手术过程中感到更加舒适和放松,通常的做法是使用麻醉师滴定的镇静药物。 尽管与全身麻醉相比,脊髓麻醉相关的并发症发生率较低,但重要的是要承认并发症仍然可能发生。

知情同意:试验将根据国家和国际良好临床实践标准进行。 该试验方案和修正案将在试验开始前提交给丹麦西兰地区健康研究伦理委员会批准。 所有计划进行全膝关节置换术的患者都将接受筛选。 将向患者提供有关试验的口头和书面信息,包括潜在的益处和风险,并邀请患者参与。 口头和书面信息将使患者能够决定是否参加试验。 如果患者符合所有纳入标准但不符合任何排除标准并决定参加试验,则患者和其中一名试验人员都必须签署书面知情同意书。
