描述
纳入标准:
PHQ-8 评分在 9 到 15 之间表示中度抑郁; PANAS 评分低于 24 表明积极影响较低; GAD-7 得分低于 15 表明无焦虑至中度焦虑; 18至22岁;英语会话;并愿意在研究完成之前避免开始其他心理/药物治疗。 鉴于本研究的样本量较小以及我们研究人员的语言限制,我们仅招募英语参与者,因为翻译负担超出了本项目的范围。
排除标准:
MRI 禁忌症(左利手、幽闭恐惧症、色盲、怀孕、金属植入物和 BMI 高于 35);存在可能影响炎症的疾病(例如 需要吸入器的哮喘、自身免疫或炎症性疾病、牙龈疾病、睡眠障碍、饮食障碍);存在严重的医疗状况(例如 贫血、癌症(当前或病史)、糖尿病、内分泌失调、纤维肌痛、心脏问题);存在可能影响神经活动模式的疾病(例如 注意力缺陷/多动症、双向情感障碍、精神分裂症、头部外伤、癫痫、药物或酒精问题;过去 6 个月内使用过可能影响炎症的药物;过去 6 个月内使用过安非他酮、多巴胺能或精神安定药物,与其他调查快感缺失的研究一致(例如 Hanuka 等人,2022 年),因为它们对奖励处理有潜在影响;当前使用的杂环类药物和 SSRIs 如果不稳定至少 3 个月;经常(每周 5-7 次)吸毒史(15 岁之前吸食大麻、可卡因、兴奋剂);目前的尼古丁使用情况(每周超过 11 支香烟或尼古丁当量);之前或当前的行为激活心理治疗;并同时进行心理治疗。

Measured via 27 questions from the Ways of Savoring Checklist (WOSC) scale.
This measure contains five subscales of interest: memory building, sensory-perceptual sharpening, absorption, temporal awareness, and kill-joy thinking items.
Each scale was scored by taking the mean.
Higher total savoring scores indicate more use of memory building, sensory-perceptual sharpening, absorption, and temporal awareness, as well as less kill-joy thinking.
The range is 5 to 35.

Interoception

Interoception was measured via the 37-item Multidimensional Assessment of Interoceptive Awareness (MAIA-2) scale.
This measure contains eight subscales: Noticing, Not-Distracting, Not-Worrying, Attention Regulation, Emotional Awareness, Self-Regulation, Body Listening, and Trusting.
Each scale was scored by taking the mean (between 0 and 5).
The total has a range from 0 to 40.

Change in daily experiences of reward and threat.
On a daily basis, participants will report on the occurrence of positive and negative events throughout the day, and then report on their positive and negative emotions.
The impact of positive and negative events on mood will be examined; the impact of social vs. non-social events will be examined as well.
