实验性的:内感受聚焦治疗 (IFT)

参与者仰卧在两个圆形玻璃纤维池之一中,这两个池是为研究目的而定制的。
浮池直径为 8 英尺,含有 11 英寸的反渗透水,其中饱和了约 1,800 磅的泻盐(硫酸镁)。

在漂浮休息期间,视觉、听觉、嗅觉刺激被最小化。
干预措施的制定采用了两项 ACT 原则:接触当下和认知解离。
在 IFT 条件下,强调对身体信号、思想和情感的认识和接受,以及自我呈现(即正念焦点是向内的)。
所有参与者都将参加介绍会议。
随后举行了三场 IFT 会议。
