在儿童和青少年中,最普遍的心理健康状况是焦虑症,西方国家约 5-12% 的青少年符合焦虑症诊断标准。 有证据表明,从儿童期到青春期以及从青春期到成年直至 30 岁期间,焦虑症的患病率有所增加。 未经治疗的焦虑症往往会在发育过程中慢性化或复发,并持续到成年期。

设计:

参加者及招募:
