这是一项 2 组随机多中心对照试验,旨在测试个性化、多学科、术前调理计划的有效性,以减少接受重大肿瘤胃肠道手术的患者的严重并发症并促进康复。
400 名患者将被随机(比例 1:1)分配到干预组(康复)或对照组(将根据加速康复外科 (ERAS) 途径中的常规护理标准进行治疗)。
多模式预康复是一种术前干预措施,包括运动训练、营养治疗和减轻焦虑技术,旨在预防或减轻手术导致的功能衰退。
主要目的是评估多模式预康复计划对术后严重并发症的影响。
次要结局包括功能恢复时间、住院时间、并发症严重程度、恢复到术前功能性步行能力的患者比例以及术后 30 天自我报告的活动状态和一般健康相关生活质量。
纳入的患者将被随机分配到干预组(将接受 4 周的预康复)或对照组(不接受预康复)。 所有患者将在手术前一天、手术后 30 天和 3 个月进行重新评估。
纳入治疗组的患者将不会接受任何额外的药物治疗,而仅接受多模式方案以优化其术前功能能力。
