纳入标准:
- 直肠/直肠乙状结肠 I-III 期癌症的诊断。
- 18 岁或以上
- 治疗完成后三个月至五年
- 进行过直肠或肛门吻合术,LARS 评分为 21-42
- 至少 10 名参与者必须是少数种族/族裔(黑人/非裔美国人、西班牙裔/拉丁裔)
- 能够进行身体活动并经 MD 批准
- 患者必须能够阅读和理解英语。

在研究期间,参与者每天将执行 +4000 步的基线。
有氧运动,类似于快步走,将被推荐作为主要的运动方式。
参与者将在整个研究的多个时间点完成一系列调查,以评估生活质量问题。
调查问卷可以通过带有预付邮资信封的纸质表格或使用 REDCap 在线调查来完成。
参与者将与健康教练(首席研究员)会面,每周回顾排便习惯和症状,并讨论身体活动和实现这一目标的潜在策略,持续 12 周。
