目的

- 本研究将为不同代际临床护理人员的心理资本、离职意向、工作环境与满意度、政治技能提供客观和实证的数据。 通过检查人口统计变量,可以进一步探索单位、年龄和职位(例如临床护士、护理主管、专科护士)等不同属性之间的相关性。 通过研究结果可以了解临床护理的现状和需求。
