该试验被设计为阶梯式楔形集群随机对照试验。
医院病房(在本设计中构成集群)将被随机分配,每次 7 个病房进行无线监控,每 7 个病房构成一个序列。
该研究由 5 个阶段组成,每个阶段为期两个月,随后是一个月的过渡时间,并分阶段引入干预措施。
第一阶段,所有病房均无无线监控。
在 2(+1 清除)个月的基线期后,将每 3 个月以随机选择的新序列实施干预(监测系统),直至在所有序列中实施干预。

有源比较器:无线监控
无线监测将应用于高危患者,即国家早期预警评分 (NEWS)-2 评分为 5 或更高的患者、NEWS-2 评分较低的患者(如果临床团队存在临床问题)、患有以下疾病的患者:无论 NEWS-2 评分如何,重症监护响应小组 (CCRT) 都会启动,并且无论 NEWS-2 评分如何,ICU 出院后都会激活。
该技术可以对生命体征达到预设阈值的患者发出警报。
这些警报通过移动设备传输给相关病房的护士长。
无线系统将由重症监护护士 24/7 进行监控
