慢性机械性颈痛是影响中老年人最常见的肌肉骨骼疾病之一,与疼痛、颈椎活动度降低、功能障碍和生活质量下降有关。 运动疗法被广泛推荐为慢性颈痛的一线保守治疗方法。 先前的研究表明,特定颈部运动和一般体育活动均可减轻疼痛并改善功能结果。
身心运动结合了身体运动与专注力和呼吸控制,可能通过改善慢性疼痛的身体和心理方面提供额外益处。 然而,身心运动和特定颈部运动与传统物理疗法结合时的比较效果仍不清楚。
本随机对照试验的目的是研究身心运动和特定颈部运动对慢性机械性颈痛患者的疼痛强度、功能障碍、颈椎活动范围、等长颈部肌肉力量和生活质量的影响。
将招募80名年龄在50至65岁之间的慢性机械性颈痛参与者,采用平行组设计随机分配到四组。 A组将仅接受传统物理疗法。 B组将接受传统物理疗法结合身心运动(形式为有意识的有氧跑步机步行)。 C组将接受传统物理疗法结合特定颈椎和肩胛稳定运动。 D组将接受传统物理疗法、身心运动和特定颈部运动的组合治疗。
所有干预措施将在六周的治疗期内进行。 结果测量将包括通过数字疼痛评分量表(NPRS)测量的疼痛强度、通过颈部残疾指数(NDI)评估的功能障碍、使用颈椎活动范围(CROM)设备测量的颈椎活动范围、使用手持式测力计测量的等长颈部肌肉力量,以及通过RAND-36健康调查评估的生活质量。 测量将在干预前和六周治疗期结束后进行。
本研究的结果将有助于确定改善慢性机械性颈痛患者临床结果的最有效运动方法,并可能为物理疗法实践提供指导证据。

该计划将包括30分钟的跑步机行走。
