- 年龄≥65岁。
- 计划接受预计持续时间≥1小时的全身麻醉非心脏手术。
- 术后需要患者自控静脉镇痛。
- 提供书面知情同意。
排除标准:
- 术前因昏迷、严重痴呆、语言障碍或其他原因无法沟通。
- 有精神分裂症、癫痫、帕金森病或重症肌无力病史。
- 创伤性脑损伤或神经外科手术史。
- 严重肝功能不全(Child-Pugh C级)、严重肾功能不全(eGFR <30 ml/min/1.73 m²)或危重疾病(术前美国麻醉医师协会身体状况分级≥IV级)。
- 计划术后入住ICU并行气管插管。
- 已参加其他研究。
- 责任外科医生或研究者认为不适合参与研究的其他原因。
