香港老年人失眠认知行为疗法(CBT-I)小组的由非专业人士引导的简短试点研究
本临床试验旨在研究由非专业人士主导的失眠认知行为疗法小组是否可作为缓解香港老年华人失眠的有效工具。
主要研究问题包括:1)该小组能否改善主观睡眠质量?
2)该小组的可行性和可接受性如何?
研究人员将干预组与对照组进行比较。
参与者根据分配情况,将加入干预组或接收自助手册。
两组均需在四周内完成两份问卷:基线数据和第四周数据。

- 已知有智力障碍、精神分裂症谱系障碍、双相情感障碍、帕金森病或痴呆病史
- 评估存在主动自杀风险
- 存在显著沟通困难
