Et randomiseret, multicenter, fase 3-studie af Nivolumab i kombination med Ipilimumab sammenlignet med Sorafenib eller Lenvatinib som førstelinjebehandling hos deltagere med avanceret hepatocellulært karcinom
Hovedformålet med denne undersøgelse er at sammenligne den samlede overlevelse (OS) af nivolumab plus ipilimumab versus standardbehandling (SOC) (sorafenib eller lenvatinib) hos alle randomiserede deltagere med fremskreden hepatocellulært karcinom (HCC), som ikke har modtaget tidligere systemisk behandling.

Inklusionskriterier:
- Deltagerne skal have en HCC-diagnose baseret på histologisk bekræftelse
- Deltagerne skal have et avanceret HCC
- Deltagerne skal have mindst ét responsevalueringskriterie i solide tumorer (RECIST) 1.1 målbar tidligere ubehandlet læsion
- Child-Pugh score 5 eller 6
- Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) præstationsstatus (PS) 0 eller 1
Ekskluderingskriterier:
- Kendt fibrolamellær HCC, sarcomatoid HCC eller blandet kolangiocarcinom og HCC
- Tidligere levertransplantation
- Episoder af hepatisk encefalopati (større end eller lig med [>=] grad 2) inden for 12 måneder før randomisering
- Aktive hjernemetastaser eller leptomeningeale metastaser
