Inklusionskriterier:

  • Deltageren har dokumenteret diagnose af myelomatose og målbar sygdom, defineret som en af ​​følgende:

    • Myelomprotein (M-protein) ≥ 0,5 gram/deciliter (g/dL) ved serumproteinelektroforese (sPEP), eller
    • M-protein ≥ 200 milligram (mg)/24-timers urinopsamling ved urinproteinelektroforese (uPEP) eller,
    • For deltagere uden målbar sygdom i sPEP eller uPEP: serumfri let kæde niveauer > 100 mg/liter (L) (10 mg/dL) involverede let kæde og et unormalt κ/λ fri let kæde-forhold.
  • Deltageren har modtaget mindst én tidligere linje af anti-myelomterapi. Bemærk: En linje kan indeholde flere faser (f.eks. induktion, [med eller uden] hæmatopoietisk stamcelletransplantation, (med eller uden) konsolidering og/eller [med eller uden] vedligeholdelsesterapi).

  • Deltageren skal have dokumenteret sygdomsprogression under eller efter deres sidste antimyelomregime.

Ekskluderingskriterier:

  • Deltager, som tidligere har været i behandling med CC-92480 eller carfilzomib.
