Inclusiecriteria:

  • Deelnemer heeft gedocumenteerde diagnose van multipel myeloom en meetbare ziekte, gedefinieerd als een van de volgende:

    • Myeloma-eiwit (M-eiwit) ≥ 0,5 gram/deciliter (g/dL) door serumeiwitelektroforese (sPEP), of
    • M-proteïne ≥ 200 milligram (mg)/24 uur urineverzameling door urine-eiwitelektroforese (uPEP) of,
    • Voor deelnemers zonder meetbare ziekte in sPEP of uPEP: serum vrije lichte keten niveaus > 100 mg/liter (L) (10 mg/dL) betrokken lichte keten en een abnormale κ/λ vrije lichte keten ratio.
  • Deelnemer heeft ten minste één eerdere reeks antimyeloomtherapie gekregen. Opmerking: Eén regel kan verschillende fasen bevatten (bijv. inductie, [met of zonder] hematopoëtische stamceltransplantatie, (met of zonder) consolidatie en/of [met of zonder] onderhoudstherapie).
  • De deelnemer moet een eerdere behandeling met lenalidomide en ten minste 2 cycli van een anti-CD38 monoklonaal antilichaam hebben ondergaan.
  • De deelnemer reageerde minimaal of beter op ten minste 1 eerdere antimyeloomtherapie.
  • De deelnemer moet ziekteprogressie hebben gedocumenteerd tijdens of na hun laatste antimyeloomregime.

Uitsluitingscriteria:

  • Deelnemer die eerder is behandeld met CC-92480 of carfilzomib.
  • De deelnemer heeft eerder op enig moment een allogene stamceltransplantatie ondergaan of een autologe stamceltransplantatie ontvangen binnen 12 weken na aanvang van de studiebehandeling.

Aanvullende protocolgedefinieerde criteria zijn van toepassing.
