Inklusionskriterier:

  • Opfyld 2016 American College of Rheumatology/European League Against Rheumatism kriterierne for klassificering af SjS med sygdomsvarighed (fra diagnosetidspunktet) på mindst 16 uger før screening.
  • Har moderat til svær SjS ESSDAI ≥ 5.
  • Kort varighed af sygdom (≤ 10 år) før screening.
  • En stimuleret hel spytstrøm (SWSF) ≥ 0,05 milliliter/minut (ml/minut).
  • Positivt anti-Sjögrens syndrom-associeret antigen A (anti-Ro/SSA) ved screening.

Ekskluderingskriterier:

  • Andre autoimmune sygdomme end SjS (f.eks. leddegigt, systemisk lupus erthrematosus [SLE], systemisk sklerose).
  • Aktiv fibromyalgi med smertesymptomer eller tegn, der ville forstyrre ledvurderingen eller kræve justering af medicin inden for 3 måneder før screening for at kontrollere symptomer; deltagere med fibromyalgi, der er velkontrolleret på stabil behandling, kan ellers komme i betragtning.
  • Medicinsk tilstand forbundet med sicca syndrom.
  • Tidligere eksponering for tyrosinkinase 2 (TYK2)-hæmmere såsom deucravacitinib eller beslægtede forbindelser.
