Inclusiecriteria:

  • Voldoen aan de criteria van het American College of Rheumatology/European League Against Rheumatism uit 2016 voor de classificatie van SjS met een ziekteduur (vanaf het moment van diagnose) van ten minste 16 weken voorafgaand aan de screening.
  • Heb matige tot ernstige SjS ESSDAI ≥ 5.
  • Korte ziekteduur (≤ 10 jaar) vóór screening.
  • Een gestimuleerde hele speekselvloed (SWSF) ≥ 0,05 milliliter/minuut (ml/minuut).
  • Positief anti-Sjögren-syndroom-geassocieerd antigeen A (anti-Ro/SSA) bij screening.

Uitsluitingscriteria:

  • Andere auto-immuunziekte dan SjS (bijvoorbeeld reumatoïde artritis, systemische lupus erthrematosus [SLE], systemische sclerose).
  • Actieve fibromyalgie met pijnsymptomen of tekenen die de gezamenlijke beoordeling zouden verstoren of die aanpassing van de medicatie vereisen binnen de 3 maanden voorafgaand aan de screening om de symptomen onder controle te houden; deelnemers met fibromyalgie die goed onder controle is met een stabiele behandeling, kan anders worden overwogen.
  • Medische aandoening geassocieerd met het sicca-syndroom.
  • Eerdere blootstelling aan tyrosinekinase 2 (TYK2)-remmers zoals deucravacitinib of verwante verbindingen.

Opmerking: andere in het protocol gedefinieerde opname-/uitsluitingscriteria zijn van toepassing.
