Inklusionskriterier:

- Histologisk bekræftet (pr. lokal evaluering) diagnose af de novo, tidligere ubehandlet stort B-celle lymfom (LBCL) i henhold til 2022 verdenssundhedsorganisationens (WHO) klassifikation, herunder:

i) Diffust storcellet B-celle lymfom (DLBCL), ikke andet specificeret [inklusive germinal center B-celle (GCB) og aktiverede B-celle (ABC) typer]

ii) Højgradigt B-cellelymfom med MYC- og BCL2-omlejringer

iii) Højgradigt B-cellelymfom, ikke andet specificeret

iv) T-celle/histiocyt/rigt stort B-cellet lymfom (THRLBCL)

v) Epstein-Barr-virus + DLBCL

  • International Prognostic Index (IPI) score 1 eller 2 med lactatdehydrogenase (LDH) ≥ 1,3 x øvre grænse for normal (ULN) og/eller omfangsrig sygdom defineret som enkelt læsion på ≥ 7 cm ELLER IPI ≥ 3.
  • Målbar sygdom defineret ved mindst 1 fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG)-avid læsion for FDG-avid subtype og 1 bi-dimensionelt målbar (> 1,5 cm i længste diameter) sygdom ved computertomografi (CT) eller magnetisk resonansbilleddannelse (MRI), som defineret efter Lugano-klassifikationen.
  • Skal have Ann Arbor Stage II-IV sygdom.

Ekskluderingskriterier:

  • Enhver væsentlig medicinsk tilstand, aktiv infektion, laboratorieabnormitet eller psykiatrisk sygdom, der ville forhindre deltageren i at deltage i undersøgelsen.
  • Enhver anden undertype af lymfom. Tilfælde af primært mediastinalt (tymisk) stort B-celle lymfom (PMBCL), primær kutan DLBCL-ben type, grad 3b FL, FL transformeret til a-BCL, Anaplastisk lymfom kinase (ALK) positivt stort B-cellet lymfom, primært effusion lymfom og Burkitt lymfom.
  • Dokumenteret eller mistænkt involvering af centralnervesystemet (CNS) af lymfom.
  • Andre protokol-definerede inklusion/eksklusionskriterier gælder.
