Beschreibung
Wichtige Einschlusskriterien:
- Probanden, die nach Meinung des Prüfarztes von einer Studienteilnahme profitieren könnten und an einer früheren Nemolizumab-Studie für AD teilgenommen hatten
- Weibliche Probanden im gebärfähigen Alter (dh fruchtbar, nach der Menarche und bis zur Postmenopause, es sei denn, sie sind dauerhaft steril) müssen zustimmen, entweder während der gesamten Studie und für 12 Wochen nach der letzten Injektion des Studienmedikaments strikt abstinent zu sein oder ein wirksames und zugelassenes zu verwenden Verhütungsmethode während der gesamten Studie und für 12 Wochen nach der letzten Injektion des Studienarzneimittels.
Wichtige Ausschlusskriterien:
- Patienten, bei denen während ihrer Teilnahme an einer früheren Nemolizumab-Studie ein UE aufgetreten ist, das nach Ansicht des Prüfarztes darauf hindeuten könnte, dass die fortgesetzte Behandlung mit Nemolizumab ein unzumutbares Risiko für den Patienten darstellen könnte.
- Schwangere Frauen, stillende Frauen oder Frauen, die während der klinischen Studie eine Schwangerschaft planen.
- Körpergewicht < 30 kg
- Hautinfektion innerhalb von 1 Woche vor dem Basisbesuch, jede Infektion, die innerhalb von 2 Wochen vor dem Basisbesuch eine Behandlung mit oralen oder parenteralen Antibiotika, Virostatika, Antiparasitika oder Antimykotika erfordert, oder jede bestätigte oder vermutete Coronavirus-Krankheit (COVID)-19-Infektion innerhalb von 2 Wochen davor das Screening oder den Basisbesuch. Die Probanden können erneut untersucht werden, sobald die Infektion abgeklungen ist. Die Auflösung der COVID-19-Infektion kann durch Wiederherstellungsbewertungsmethoden bestätigt werden.
- Vorgeschichte von Überempfindlichkeit (einschließlich Anaphylaxie) gegen ein Immunglobulinprodukt (aus Plasma gewonnen oder rekombinant, z. B. monoklonaler Antikörper)
- Jedes klinisch signifikante Problem, basierend auf der Beurteilung des Prüfarztes
