Deelname Criteria
Onderzoekers zoeken naar mensen die aan een bepaalde beschrijving voldoen, de zogenaamde geschiktheidscriteria. Enkele voorbeelden van deze criteria zijn iemands algemene gezondheidstoestand of eerdere behandelingen.

Belangrijkste opnamecriteria:
- Proefpersonen die volgens de onderzoeker baat kunnen hebben bij deelname aan het onderzoek en die hadden deelgenomen aan een eerdere nemolizumab-studie voor AD
- Vrouwelijke proefpersonen die zwanger kunnen worden (d.w.z. vruchtbaar, na de menarche en totdat ze postmenopauzaal worden, tenzij permanent onvruchtbaar) moeten ermee instemmen ofwel strikt te onthouden tijdens het onderzoek en gedurende 12 weken na de laatste injectie met het onderzoeksgeneesmiddel, ofwel een effectieve en goedgekeurde behandeling te gebruiken. anticonceptiemethode tijdens het onderzoek en gedurende 12 weken na de laatste injectie met het onderzoeksgeneesmiddel.
Belangrijkste uitsluitingscriteria:
- Proefpersonen die tijdens hun deelname aan een eerder nemolizumab-onderzoek een bijwerking hebben ervaren die naar de mening van de onderzoeker erop kan wijzen dat voortzetting van de behandeling met nemolizumab een onredelijk risico voor de proefpersoon kan inhouden.
- Zwangere vrouwen, vrouwen die borstvoeding geven of vrouwen die zwanger willen worden tijdens de klinische studie.
- Lichaamsgewicht < 30 kg
- Huidinfectie binnen 1 week voor het basisbezoek, elke infectie die behandeling met orale of parenterale antibiotica, antivirale middelen, antiparasitaire middelen of antischimmelmiddelen vereist binnen 2 weken vóór het basisbezoek, of een bevestigde of vermoede infectie met coronavirusziekte (COVID)-19 binnen 2 weken ervoor de screening of het basisbezoek. Onderwerpen kunnen opnieuw worden gescreend zodra de infectie is verdwenen. Het oplossen van een COVID-19-infectie kan worden bevestigd door herstelbeoordelingsmethoden.
- Geschiedenis van overgevoeligheid (inclusief anafylaxie) voor een immunoglobulineproduct (van plasma afgeleid of recombinant, bijv. Monoklonaal antilichaam)
- Elk klinisch significant probleem, op basis van het oordeel van de onderzoeker
