SPERIMENTALE: Attività fisica
Nel gruppo sperimentale di attività fisica, infermieri specializzati nello studio intervisteranno i pazienti, forniranno educazione sanitaria, insegneranno come utilizzare e registrare il misuratore di attività. I professionisti calcoleranno l'equivalente metabolico del compito (MET) con la formula settimanale.MET = (livello di intensità 9 punti * tempo di ciascun esercizio (ore) * Numero di volte a settimana + livello moderato 5 punti * tempo per attività (ore) * numero di volte a settimana + livello basso 3 punti * tempo per attività (ore) * numero di volte a settimana) , i ricercatori sperano che i pazienti nel primo mese possano raggiungere il MET (3.75-7.49
MET-h/settimana) e raggiungere un'attività moderata o più che moderata (>= 7,5-16,49
MET-h/settimana) all'inizio del secondo mese per almeno un anno.

Stimare l'effetto di una moderata attività fisica e astenersi dal fumo può rafforzare il sistema immunitario innato, il sistema immunitario umano adattativo e può aiutare la regressione della neoplasia intraepiteliale cervicale tra i pazienti con cancro cervicale.
