この横断的研究の目的は、発達障害(ダウン症、自閉症スペクトラム障害、広汎性発達障害、脳性麻痺)を持つ子供を持つ親と子供の慢性疾患(糖尿病)を持つ親のストレスのレベルと生活の質を調査することです。 1 型、てんかん、喘息)を健常児の親と比較。

研究者は、発達障害や慢性疾患を持つ子供の親は、健康な子供の親と比較して、ストレスレベルが高く、生活の質が低いと想定しています。

参加者は、広汎性発達障害(自閉症スペクトラム障害)、ダウン症、脳性麻痺、てんかん、1型糖尿病、喘息の子供の親、および健康な子供の親(困難および慢性疾患なし-対照群)です。
調査員は、交絡因子の影響を調整して、健康な子供の親と比較して、発達障害や慢性疾患のある子供の親のストレスレベルと生活の質を調べます。
個人の生活の質、家族の生活の質、一般的および親のストレスレベルを評価するために、アンケートを使用してデータ収集が行われます。 さらに、ストレス回復力、結束力、自尊心、楽観主義、幸福感、汚名、抑うつ、不安、睡眠の質、育児の課題など、潜在的な交絡因子または媒介因子が測定され、考慮されます。 また、社会人口統計学的パラメーター、短い病歴、生活習慣、生活困難の認識が評価されます。 質問票は、約 45 分かかると予想される紙と鉛筆の方法で記入されます。
研究者は、唾液コルチゾール、心拍変動、血圧、終末糖化産物 (AGE) など、いくつかの生理学的指標も測定します。
Salivette Sarstedt REF 51.1534.500を使用して、コルチゾールレベルを分析するために唾液を採取します。 参加者は、コルチゾールの生理学的変動のために、日中に 5 つの唾液サンプルを採取します (最初は 22:00 時間前後、2 回目は起床直後、次に起床後 15、30、60 分)。 各被験者は、書面による指示とともに、唾液の摂取方法に関する詳細な指示を受け取ります。 サンプリングの 30 分前から、被験者は飲食、喫煙、歯磨きを控えなければなりません。 口腔内の急性疾患、炎症または疾患の場合、サンプリングは遅れます。 サンプル採取後、チューブは冷蔵庫に保管されます。 実験室では、サンプルを 2 分間遠心分離して綿から唾液を取り除き、唾液サンプルを凍結します。 コルチゾール分析は、ECLIA (電気化学発光吸収法) を使用して行われます。
心電図 (ECG) は、Medilog AR12 Plus Holter デバイスを使用して記録されます。これは、5 分間の心拍変動 (HRV) の記録にも使用されます。 HRV も Polar V800 を使用して記録されます (これも 5 分間)。 Kubios ソフトウェアは、HRV 分析に使用されます。
非侵襲的デバイスである AGE Reader は、最終糖化産物 (AGEs) のレベルを反映して、皮膚の自己蛍光を測定するために使用されます。
Omrom M6 Comfort は、血圧と脈拍の測定に使用される自動装置です。
人体測定パラメータが測定されます(体重、身長、首の周囲、ウエストとヒップの周囲)。
統計分析は、統計プログラム MedCalc を使用して実行されます。 結果の初期分析には、コルモゴロフ-スミルノフ検定を使用した変数の分布の分析が含まれます。 数値変数の分布が正規分布であれば、パラメトリック統計が適用されます。 交絡因子は、適切な統計テストを使用して制御されます。
この研究への保護者の参加は任意です。 保護者がこの研究に参加することを決定した場合、コードが割り当てられます。 このようにして、すべてのデータ、測定パラメータ、および唾液サンプルがエンコードされ、回答者の個人データは完全に見えなくなります。 個々の親を特定することはできません。 すべての研究者は、データの機密性を保護する必要があり、また保護する予定です。

- 重度の精神医学および両親の重度の慢性疾患
- 虚血性心疾患
- 心筋症
