参与者将是患有广泛性发育障碍(自闭症谱系障碍)、唐氏综合症、脑瘫、癫痫、1 型糖尿病、哮喘的儿童的父母,以及健康儿童(无困难和慢性疾病 - 对照组)的父母。
研究人员将与健康儿童的父母相比,检查患有发育和慢性疾病的儿童的父母的压力水平和生活质量,并针对混杂因素的影响进行调整。
数据收集将使用问卷进行,以评估个人生活质量、家庭生活质量、一般和父母的压力水平。 此外,将测量并考虑潜在的混杂或中介因素:压力恢复力、凝聚力、自尊、乐观、幸福感、污名化、抑郁、焦虑、睡眠质量和育儿挑战。 此外,还将评估社会人口统计学参数、短期病史、生活习惯和对生活困难的看法。 问卷将以纸笔方式填写,预计时长约45分钟。
研究人员还将测量几个生理指标——唾液皮质醇、心率变异性、血压和晚期糖基化终产物 (AGEs)。
使用 Salivette Sarstedt REF 51.1534.500 采集唾液以分析皮质醇水平。 由于皮质醇的生理变化,参与者将在白天采集五个唾液样本(第一个在 22:00 左右,第二个在醒来后,然后在醒来后 15、30 和 60 分钟)。 每个受试者都将收到有关如何采集唾液的详细说明以及书面说明。 采样前三十分钟,受试者必须限制进食、饮水、吸烟或刷牙。 如果口腔出现急性疾病、炎症或疾病,采样将被延迟。 取样后,试管将存放在冰箱中。 在实验室中,样本将被离心两分钟以去除棉花上的唾液,唾液样本将被冷冻。 皮质醇分析将使用 ECLIA(电化学发光吸收法)进行。
