この研究の目的は、鎌状赤血球症の高齢者 (40 歳以上) を対象に、Gerofit の個別化された運動介入を適応させ、試行することです。
鎌状赤血球症機能評価 (SCD-FA) は、ベースラインで定常状態で実行され、進行状況を追跡するために 3 か月ごとに実行されます。
エンドポイントには、実現可能性、受容性、および安全性が含まれます。

- SCD造血幹細胞移植に成功
- 中等度から重度の未矯正の視覚障害または聴覚障害がある
- 酸素依存
- 妊娠中
- 補助装置を必要とする重度の無血管性壊死がある
- 不安定な心臓病。

実験的:エクササイズ
5~8名の参加者の各コホートは、週に3日、最大12週間運動します。
エクササイズセッションはバーチャルになります
|
テレジェロフィット エクササイズ インターベンションには、身体活動のガイドラインを満たすことに重点を置き、有酸素運動、筋力、およびバランス トレーニングを組み込むことに重点を置いたトレーニングがあります。
セッションには、マインドフルネス コンポーネント、ウォームアップ、クールダウン、安全チェックも含まれます。
エクササイズは、各人の機能状態に合わせてパーソナライズされています。
エクササイズの強度は、参加者がセッション全体で 0 (簡単) から 10 (非常に難しい) のスケールで知覚運動 (RPE) の評価を提供することによって決定されます。
最初の運動セッションは低強度から開始し、各人が自分のペースで推奨される運動レベルに到達できるように、持続時間と強度を徐々に上げていきます。
演習は、Zoom を介して仮想的に行われます。
各コホートには 5 ~ 8 人の参加者がいます。
運動プログラムは、参加者と運動専門家のフィードバックに基づいて修正を加えて、各コホート後に最適化されます。
