- 女性患者;
- 組織学的サブタイプおよびホルモンプロファイルに関係なく、浸潤性乳癌の病理学的確認;
- 年齢が 65 歳以上であること。
- 腋窩アプローチを伴うまたは伴わない乳房温存手術または乳房切除術
- ネオアジュバントまたはアジュバント全身治療の有無にかかわらず
除外基準:
- -以前に胸部照射を受けた患者;
- -両側胸部照射の適応がある患者;
- プロテーゼまたは自家組織による乳房再建を受けた患者。
- 切除後に手術断端が損なわれた患者。
- 根治的乳房切除術を受けている pT1-pT2 pN0 患者。
