연구 개요
상세 설명
환경담배연기(ETS)에 노출되는 어린이는 공중 보건에 있어 세계적인 관심사였습니다. 가정 환경, 특히 부모의 흡연은 어린이의 주요 노출원으로 확인되었습니다. 따라서 부모의 참여는 예방 프로그램에 중요합니다. 이 프로젝트의 목적은 가정에서 환경담배연기에 대한 아동의 노출 수준을 감소시키고, 부모와 자녀의 예방 전략, 유해성에 대한 지식 및 환경담배에 대한 태도를 촉진하기 위한 부모-자녀 상호작용 프로그램의 효과를 개발 및 조사하는 것입니다. 연기. 다른 목적으로는 부모가 인식하는 가족의 반 ETS 분위기와 ETS 회피 행동에 대한 자녀의 자기효능감 증진이 포함되었습니다.
군집 무작위 통제 시험은 대만 뉴베이시에 있는 6개 초등학교에서 취학 연령 아동(ITT)과 그 자녀(부모-자녀 부부)의 부모 75명을 대상으로 시행되었습니다. 개입 그룹의 부모-자녀 쌍방은 그룹 세션 4주 후에 시행되는 3개의 주별 그룹 세션과 1개의 개별 전화 상담 세션으로 구성된 부모-자녀 상호 작용 프로그램을 받았습니다. 통제 집단의 참가자들은 개입 세션을 대신하여 같은 기간 동안 4번 우편으로 담배 정보와 관련된 서면 자료를 받았습니다. 부모-자녀 상호작용 개입은 Transtheoretical Model과 I-change Model에 따라 개발되었습니다. 개입의 주요 초점은 간접흡연의 유해한 영향 메커니즘에 관한 지식을 주입하고, 가정에서 간접흡연 노출로 이어지는 흡연 패턴에 대한 사람들의 인식을 교정하고, 간접흡연을 줄이기 위한 효과적이고 비효과적인 전략을 수정하고, 금연 가정을 유지하기 위한 전략 수립. 대조군 참가자들에게 우편으로 발송된 서면 자료에는 환경담배흡연법과 그 부작용, 집에서 환경담배흡연을 유발하는 흡연 행동, 금연에 대한 정보가 포함되어 있었습니다.
결과 지표는 기준선, 8주 및 20주에 측정되었습니다. 1차 결과는 가정에서 아동의 ETS 노출과 아동의 ETS 노출 예방을 포함합니다. 집에서 ETS에 대한 어린이의 노출은 지난 7일 동안 집에서 그리고 어린이가 있는 곳에서 부모가 담배를 피우는 것과 어린이의 요 중 코티닌 수치로 측정되었습니다. 소아 소변의 최종 채집은 소변 코티닌 측정키트 수령이 지연되어 중재 후 3개월이 아닌 중재 후 6개월에 시행하였다. ETS 노출 예방은 부모가 보고한 예방 전략과 자녀가 보고한 회피 행동으로 측정했습니다. 두 번째 결과에는 부모/자녀가 보고한 ETS에 대한 지식과 태도, 부모가 보고한 가족의 반 ETS 풍토와 그 영향, 자녀가 보고한 ETS 노출을 피하는 자기효능감이 포함됩니다. 수집된 자료는 Chi-square test와 일반화된 추정방정식으로 분석하였다. 본 연구에 앞서 2개 초등학교의 부모-자녀 10쌍에 대한 사전 및 사후 파일럿 연구가 수행되었다.

부모-자녀 상호작용 프로그램은 사전 숙고/사색 단계, 준비 단계, 실행/유지 단계의 3단계로 설계됩니다.
1단계에서는 정보 제공과 ETS 및 흡연에 대한 어린이의 인식 인식을 통해 동기 부여를 촉진하는 데 중점을 둡니다.
2단계에서 주요 초점은 금연 가정을 계획하고 구현하는 부모/자녀의 능력을 강화하는 것입니다.
3단계에서 개입 초점은 실행 능력을 지속적으로 강화하고 장벽을 식별 및 제거하며 성공적인 경험을 강화하여 행동 변화와 금연 가정을 유지하는 데 있습니다.
부모-자녀 상호 작용은 세 단계를 통해 설계되며 부모는 모든 단계를 통해 자녀의 피드백을 인식합니다.
