상세 설명

임상시험에는 HR 양성, HER2 음성 EBC, 해부학적 III기, IIB기 또는 IIA기의 하위 집합이 있는 폐경 전 및 후 여성과 남성이 포함되며, 적절한 외과적 절제, 방사선 요법(표시된 경우), 보조제 또는 신보조제 후 화학 요법(지시된 경우) 및 최소 60개월 동안 보조 ET를 받을 자격이 있는 것으로 간주되는 사람.

약 5,000명의 환자가 1:1 비율로 2개의 치료군으로 무작위 배정됩니다(대화형 반응 기술 시스템[IRT] 사용).

  • 환자는 PICF 서명 당시 18세 이상입니다.
  • 환자는 무작위 배정 또는 보조 ET 개시 시점(둘 중 더 이른 시점)에 알려진 폐경 상태를 가진 여성이거나 남성입니다.
  • 무작위 배정 전 18개월 이내에 초기 세포학적 또는 조직학적 진단 날짜가 있는 유방의 조직학적으로 확인된 일측성 원발성 침윤성 선암종 환자.
  • 환자는 ER 및/또는 PgR에 대해 양성인 유방암이 있습니다.
  • 환자는 HER2-음성 유방암
  • 환자는 수술 표본에서 사용 가능한 보관 종양 조직을 가지고 있습니다.
  • 외과적 절제 후 종양이 완전히 제거되고 최종 수술 표본에 종양이 없는 미세한 변연이 있고 다음 범주 중 하나에 속하는 환자: 해부학적 단계 II 또는 III
  • 표시된 경우, 환자는 기관 지침에 따라 보조 및/또는 신보조 화학 요법을 완료했습니다.
  • 표시된 경우 환자는 기관 지침에 따라 보조 방사선 요법을 완료했습니다.
  • 환자는 ECOG(Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group) 수행 상태가 0 또는 1입니다.
  • 환자는 시험에서 보조 ET에 대한 금기 사항이 없으며 5년 동안 ET로 치료할 계획입니다.

제외 기준:

  • 환자는 CDK4/6 억제제를 투여받았습니다.
  • 환자는 무작위 배정 전 마지막 2년 이내에 유방암 위험 감소("화학예방") 및/또는 골다공증 치료를 위해 타목시펜, 랄록시펜 또는 AI로 사전 치료를 받았습니다. 환자는 호르몬 대체 요법을 동시에 사용하고 있습니다.
  • 환자는 이전에 독소루비신의 경우 450mg/m² 이상, 에피루비신의 경우 900mg/m² 이상의 누적 용량으로 안트라사이클린으로 치료를 받았습니다.
  • 리보시클립 및/또는 ET의 부형제에 알려진 과민증이 있는 환자
  • 국소 림프절(AJCC 8판에 따른 IV기) 및/또는 근치적 수술 후 재발의 증거를 넘어 유방암의 원격 전이가 있는 환자.
  • 환자는 보조 ET를 제외한 다른 항신생물 요법을 동시에 사용하고 있습니다.
  • 무작위 배정 전 14일 이내에 대수술, 화학요법 또는 방사선요법을 받은 환자
  • 환자가 이전 항암 요법과 관련된 임상 및 실험실 급성 독성에서 회복되지 않았습니다.
  • 무작위 배정 전 2년 이내에 치료가 완료된 동시 침습성 악성 종양 또는 이전 침습성 악성 종양이 있는 환자
  • 환자는 HIV 감염, B형 또는 C형 간염 감염을 알고 있습니다.
  • 임상적으로 중요하고 조절되지 않는 심장 질환 및/또는 심장 재분극 이상
  • 환자가 현재 무작위 배정 전 7일 이내에 다음 물질 중 하나를 받고 있는 경우 - CYP3A4/5의 강력한 억제제 또는 유도제로 알려진 병용 약물, 약초 보조제 및/또는 과일 또는 치료 범위가 좁고 다음을 통해 주로 대사되는 약물 CYP3A4/5
  • 시험 치료를 시작하기 전 ≤ 2주 동안 전신 코르티코스테로이드를 현재 받고 있거나 받은 적이 있음
  • 환자는 경구 시험 치료의 흡수를 크게 변경할 수 있는 GI 기능 장애 또는 GI 질환이 있습니다.
  • 환자는 연구자의 판단에 따라 허용할 수 없는 안전 위험을 유발하거나, 환자의 임상 시험 참여를 금하거나, 프로토콜 준수를 손상시킬 수 있는 다른 동시 중증 및/또는 제어되지 않는 의학적 상태를 가집니다.
