Uitgebreid toegangsprogramma met nivolumab voor proefpersonen met histologisch bevestigd stadium III (inoperabel) of stadium IV melanoom dat voortschrijdt na eerdere systemische behandeling met een anti-CTLA-4 monoklonaal antilichaam (Checkmate 168: CHECKpoint Pathway for nivoluMAb Clinical Trial Evaluation 168)

Het doel van dit programma is om patiënten met melanoom in een gevorderd stadium van stadium III of stadium IV met nivolumab te behandelen.

Inclusiecriteria:

  • ECOG-prestatiestatus van 0-1
  • Histologisch bevestigd kwaadaardig melanoom
  • Gevorderd tijdens of na behandeling met een anti-CTLA4

Uitsluitingscriteria:

  • Actieve hersenmetastasen
  • Levensverwachting <6 weken
  • Proefpersonen die eerdere therapie hebben gekregen gericht op T-celco-stimulatie of checkpoint-routes, met uitzondering van anti-CTLA-4-therapie
  • Proefpersonen met een auto-immuunziekte
