SEPAGES: Volgen van blootstelling aan atmosferische vervuiling tijdens de zwangerschap en effecten op de gezondheid
Het SEPAGES cohort paar-kind wordt gecoördineerd door een Inserm (Frans Nationaal Instituut voor Gezondheid en Medisch Onderzoek) team van milieu-epidemiologie. Het SEPAGES-cohort is gebaseerd op de algemene bevolking en heeft tot doel verschillende gebieden van milieugezondheidsonderzoek te bestrijken, waaronder hormoonontregelaars en luchtverontreinigende stoffen.
De belangrijkste doelstellingen zijn het kwantificeren van de impact van vervuiling tijdens de zwangerschap en de eerste levensjaren op drie belangrijke gezondheidsresultaten: groei, gezondheid van de luchtwegen en neurologische ontwikkeling; en om het biologische mechanisme beter te begrijpen (zoals genetische analyse om de rol van omgevingsfactoren op genexpressie en de rol van genetische factoren op gezondheid te bestuderen). Het doel is om 500 gezinnen op te nemen.

SEPAGES is een nieuw type longitudinaal koppel-kindcohort met herhaalde klinische onderzoeken tijdens zwangerschap en kindertijd, uitgebreide verzameling van herhaalde biologische monsters van beide ouders en het kind, gebruik van nieuwe technologieën om de blootstelling aan luchtverontreiniging te beoordelen (GPS, persoonlijke dosimeter enz. ) Gedurende de hele studie (tijdens de zwangerschap en de eerste levensjaren van het kind) worden klinisch onderzoek en vele biologische onderzoeken (urine, bloed, haar) uitgevoerd. Blootstelling aan verschillende omgevingsfactoren wordt tijdens de zwangerschap en de eerste levensjaren van het kind meerdere keren gedaan dankzij persoonlijke dosimeters, GPS en versnellingsmeters. Tijdens de bevalling en bevalling worden een aantal monsters genomen (placenta, weefsels, bloed, urine, haar, meconium en moedermelk). Ten slotte worden tijdens het onderzoek een aantal evaluatievragenlijsten via een computerplatform aan vrijwilligers gegeven om een beter inzicht te krijgen in de omgeving waarin zij leven.
Het SEPAGES-cohort volgt de regel van het biomedisch onderzoek. Geïnformeerde toestemmingen worden ondertekend door zowel de vader als de moeder tijdens het opnamebezoek dat plaatsvindt in het ziekenhuis. Alle ethische en gegevensprivacyovereenkomsten waren verkregen: een gunstig advies werd uitgebracht door het Comité de Protection des Personnes (CPP) op 13 november 201 en door de CCTIRS (Comité Consultatif sur le Traitement de l'Information en matière de Recherche dans le domaine de la Santé) op 9 januari 2014. De studie werd goedgekeurd door het Agence Nationale de Sécurité du Médicament (ANSM), op 17 december 2013 en door het Comité Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) op 26 juni 2014.

- woonachtig in de omgeving van Grenoble
- van plan bent om te bevallen in een van de vier kraamklinieken in Grenoble
