Het bestuderen van de aanwezigheid van CFRD -complicaties met doordachte werving van multi -etnische minderheden (spectrum) groepen (SPeCTRuM)
Deze multicenter cross-sectionele studie zal een raciaal en etnisch diverse populatie adolescenten en volwassenen met CF. omvatten.
Het algemene doel is om de prevalentie van diabetes microvasculaire complicaties en macrovasculaire surrogaten te beschrijven bij mensen met gevestigde CFRD.

Inclusiecriteria:
- Schriftelijke geïnformeerde toestemming (en instemming indien van toepassing) verkregen van de wettelijk geautoriseerde vertegenwoordiger van de deelnemer of de deelnemer
- Voor volwassenen: moet in staat zijn om namens een eigen eigen te zijn (d.w.z. kan geen cognitieve capaciteit hebben om toestemming te geven vanwege de vereiste door de patiënt gerapporteerde resultaten)
- Bereid en in staat zijn om zich te houden aan de vereisten van het studieprotocol
- Leeftijd ≥ 12 jaar op het moment van inschrijving
- CF -diagnose op basis van twee CF die mutaties en/of positieve zweettest veroorzaken volgens CFF -diagnostische criteria
- CFRD gediagnosticeerd meer dan 5 jaar voorafgaand aan de datum van inschrijving
- Wonen in de Verenigde Staten
Uitsluitingscriteria:
- Geschiedenis van elke ziekte of aandoening die naar de mening van de onderzoeker de resultaten van het onderzoek zou kunnen verwarren of een extra risico voor het onderwerp kan vormen
- Geschiedenis van transplantatie
- Zwangerschap gemeld door deelnemer op het moment van toestemming of op enig moment tijdens actieve studie -participatie
Pulsgolfsnelheidsuitsluitingscriteria:
- Onregelmatig, versnelde of mechanisch gecontroleerde onregelmatige hartritmes inclusief aritmieën
- Stenose van de halsslagader of aortaklep
- Perifere slagaderziekte of beenslagaderziekte
- Gegeneraliseerde vernauwing of gelokaliseerde spasme van spierbekleding slagaders zoals gezien onmiddellijk na hypothermische cardiopulmonale bypass -operatie of bijbehorende fenomenen van Raynaud of intense kou.
Mogelijke uitsluitingen op basis van de beoordeling van de Medical Provider Medical Provider (aanvullende voorzorgsmaatregelen kunnen worden gevolgd om inclusie mogelijk te maken):
- Druklezing mag niet worden uitgevoerd op een ledemaat waar intraveneuze toegang, arterio-veneuze shunt is, of waar circulatie wordt aangetast.
- Druklezing mag niet aan de zijkant van het lichaam worden uitgevoerd dat een borstamputatie is uitgevoerd.
