Исследование представляет собой пилотное рандомизированное контролируемое исследование, целью которого является оценка осуществимости и эффективности еженедельного MIT при зависимости от CBT-F в группе взрослых с диагнозом ЭД. В частности, исследователи будут исследовать на выборке взрослых людей с нормальной массой тела, страдающих ЭД, является ли лечение, сочетающее MIT и CBT-F, а) выполнимым, б) хорошо переносимым и в) потенциально эффективным при приеме пищи. симптомы расстройств и другие исходы.
Исследователи ожидают, что экспериментальная группа CBT-F + MIT сможет иметь высокую приверженность лечению и удержание на основании предыдущих исследований MIT для расстройств личности. Они также будут ожидать хороших результатов в первичном результате. Критерий исключения:
- Острый психотический эпизод, психотические симптомы, биполярное расстройство I типа; антисоциальное расстройство личности
- Суицидальные мысли
- Злоупотребление алкоголем или наркотиками
- Предшествующее психологическое вмешательство при других расстройствах пищевого поведения
- В настоящее время участвует в другом текущем лечении

Активный компаратор: ТОС-Э
Участники в состоянии CBT-E получат в общей сложности 20 сеансов CBT-E в течение 20 недель.
Лечение КПТ-Э будет состоять из четырех этапов.
В частности, когнитивно-поведенческая терапия направлена на информирование пациентов о важности самоконтроля, опасностях некоторых ограничительных форм поведения, таких как самоиндуцированная рвота.
Более того, когнитивно-поведенческая терапия предоставляет пациентам стратегии для наблюдения за их обычно дисфункциональным поведением и, таким образом, повышения их осведомленности (т.
метод пищевого дневника) при одновременном сокращении доступности пищи и поощрении деятельности, несовместимой с перееданием.
Пациентов будут обучать решению проблем, чтобы изменить эти чувства, а также повысить их самосознание, чтобы распознать иррациональные мысли о весе и форме своего тела.

В частности, это включает в себя решение проблем, связанных с весом и формой тела, когнитивными и калорийными диетическими ограничениями, событиями и эмоциями, влияющими на питание.
На третьей и четвертой фазах также рассматриваются клиническое совершенство, низкая общая самооценка, нетерпимость к эмоциям и межличностные трудности.
Ближе к концу третьего этапа и во время четвертого этапа также будут внедрены процедуры для минимизации риска краткосрочного и долгосрочного рецидива.

Экспериментальный: ТОС-Ф+MIT
Участники в состоянии CBT-F + MIT получат в общей сложности 20 сеансов в течение 20 недель. В частности, 2 сеанса, как обычно, будут основаны только на CBT-F. Во время этих занятий участники пройдут психообразовательный тренинг по пищевому поведению и познакомятся с инструментами протокола, а именно с формой мониторинга, диаграммой веса, трансдиагностической формулировкой и контрольным списком проблем с питанием (EPCL). Эти элементы будут использоваться в начале оставшихся 18 сессий, чтобы контролировать правила пищевого поведения, а также вызывать повествовательные эпизоды. Эти материалы станут основой для MIT-части сеанса, на которой терапевты будут стремиться сформировать у пациента общее понимание психологических причин, лежащих в основе их симптомов ЭД и их неадекватного межличностного функционирования.
