Tillämpning av förändringar i seriell kroppssammansättning för riskprediktion vid behandling av patienter med svår lunginflammation

Specifika mål:
- Kan seriella kroppssammansättningsdata vara användbara för att förutsäga utfall hos patienter med lunginflammation? (utvecklar sepsis, organsvikt, inläggning på ICU, längd på ICU, överlevnad, vårdtid på sjukhus, förlängd mekanisk ventilation,..)
- Kan seriella kroppssammansättningsdata integreras i båda immunstatusalternativen (t.ex. antal vita blodkroppar (WBC), segment/monocytkvot, pulstryck) vid sådan kritisk sjukdom och övervakningssvar (SOFA-poäng, laborationer) för patienter med svår lunginflammation?
- Kan seriella kroppssammansättningsdata återspegla kliniska variabler hos patienter med lunginflammation, och till och med förändras av näringsintag? (t.ex. jämför sambandet mellan mängd näringsintag och grupper stratifierade efter kroppssammansättning, blodtryck, näringsintag, …)
