将大学生进行随机对照试验,平均分为四组:对照组(GC)、长脉冲响应组(PLR)、长脉冲无响应组(PLNR)和脉冲电流组(CP)。协议的严重后果。
构成腓肠三头肌的肌肉结构(肌肉厚度、羽状角和肌束长度)、H 反射和 M 波测试(中枢和外周贡献)、内侧和外侧腓肠肌和足底的肌电图信号、自主和诱发信号构成腓肠三头肌的肌肉的关节扭矩和感觉不适的程度。
神经肌肉电刺激的独立干预和对照组进行的等距运动将被视为独立变量。
在干预之前、期间和之后,所有组都将对因变量进行 6 次评估,这将包括 24 个疗程(8 周)。

排除标准:
