Beschrijving
Inclusiecriteria:
- Geclassificeerd als fysiek actief volgens de INTERNATIONALE VRAGENLIJST VAN FYSISCHE ACTIVITEIT,
- Om alleen recreatieve fysieke activiteit te beoefenen,
- Bereik minimaal koppel van 30% van de (maximale vrijwillige isometrische contractie tijdens conventionele NMES
- Doe minimaal 3 maanden geen krachttraining.
Uitsluitingscriteria:
- Een vorm van skeletspierdisfunctie vertonen die de tests kan verstoren,
- Huidige intolerantie voor NMES in de spier- of scheenzenuw. Maak gebruik van analgetica, antidepressiva, kalmerende middelen of andere middelen met een centrale werking.
- Cardiovasculaire of perifere vasculaire problemen, chronische ziekten, neurologische of musculaire aandoeningen presenteren die de volledige uitvoering van het onderzoeksontwerp door de vrijwilliger ondermijnen.
