상세 설명
대조군(GC), 장기 응답 펄스 그룹(PLR), 무응답 장기 펄스 그룹(PLNR) 및 펄스 전류 그룹(CP)의 4개 그룹으로 동등하게 나누어 통제된 무작위 통제 시험이 대학생들에 의해 수행됩니다. 프로토콜의 급성장.
외측 삼두근, H-반사 및 M-파 검사(중추 및 말초 기여), 내측 및 외측 비복근 및 발바닥, 수의 및 유발 근전도 신호를 구성하는 근육의 근육 구조(근육 두께, 펜네이션 각도 및 다발 길이) sural triceps를 구성하는 근육의 joint torque와 감각적 불편함의 정도.
신경근 전기 자극과 대조군에 의해 수행된 아이소메트릭 운동을 통한 독립적인 중재는 독립 변수로 간주됩니다.
