描述
纳入标准:
- 必须居住在连续的 48 个美国或哥伦比亚特区内
- 必须提供由政府签发的带有照片和出生日期的有效身份证件
- 必须有互联网接入或电话服务才能与登记处工作人员沟通
- 必须具备足够的英语能力才能独立或在登记人员的协助下完成病例报告表
- 必须有初级保健医生或其他定期提供医疗保健的医生
- 必须提供所有当前药物的名称、剂量和使用频率
- 案例参与者必须患有慢性腰痛
- 控制参与者必须没有任何慢性疼痛,并且可以包括健康的志愿者
排除标准:
- 应该没有怀孕
- 不得居住在机构设施中
