详细说明
所有腹腔镜结直肠手术病例均由IU Health大学医院或Methodist医院的结直肠外科医生安排,并通过医疗记录进行识别。 受试者在手术前接受面对面接触。 他们被告知研究内容,并解答了相关问题。 潜在受试者获得了一份知情同意书和授权书副本。 受试者在手术当天于术前护理单元接受面对面接触,如果他们决定参与,则签署书面同意书。
在鞘内组中,18-75岁患者给予200微克鞘内无防腐剂吗啡(杜拉吗啡)和7.5毫克高比重布比卡因,76-80岁患者给予150微克杜拉吗啡和7.5毫克高比重布比卡因。
在ESP组中,患者在胸椎第10节(T10)水平接受双侧ESP阻滞。 该操作在超声引导下进行,使用30毫升0.25%布比卡因和4毫克地塞米松。
