Description
Inclusion Criteria:
- Patients undergoing cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass.
Exclusion Criteria:
- Refusal to participate
- Emergency surgery
- Pre-existing heart block
- Preexisting atrial fibrillation
- Redo surgery
- Estrogen or hormone replacement therapy
- History of chronic heart failure
- History of major kidney disease
