Otevřená, randomizovaná studie fáze 3 účinnosti a snášenlivosti linifanibu (ABT-869) versus sorafenib u pacientů s pokročilým hepatocelulárním karcinomem (HCC)

Primárním cílem této studie je posoudit celkové přežití (OS) perorálního linifanibu podávaného jako monoterapie jednou denně (QD) ve srovnání se sorafenibem podávaným dvakrát denně (BID) podle standardní péče u subjektů s pokročilým nebo metastatickým HCC.

Kritéria pro zařazení

  • Histologická nebo cytologická diagnóza s neresekabilním nebo metastatickým HCC
  • Dítě Pugh třídy A
  • Stav výkonu ECOG 0-1
  • Přiměřená hematologická, jaterní a renální funkce

Kritéria vyloučení

  • Předchozí systémová (podávaná spíše intravenózně nebo perorálně než lokoregionálně) léčba HCC
  • Předchozí lokální terapie (včetně terapie zaměřené na játra) do 4 týdnů od vstupu
  • Neléčené mozkové nebo meningeální metastázy
  • Současná léčba v jiné klinické studii
  • Těhotenství nebo kojení
