Inklusionskriterier:

  • Personer med histologisk bekræftet malignt melanom

  • Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) præstationsstatus (PS):

    • PS 0 til 1
    • PS 2
  • Tidligere behandlet inoperabelt stadium III eller stadium IV melanom i henhold til American Joint Committee on Cancer 2010 retningslinjer uanset BRAF-mutationsstatus
  • Forsøgspersoner skal have oplevet evaluerbare responsevalueringskriterier i solide tumorer (RECIST 1.1)-defineret sygdomsprogression
  • Tidligere behandling med kemoterapi, interferon (adjuverende indstilling), Interleukin (IL-2), BRAF/MEK-hæmmere til forsøgspersoner med kendte BRAF-mutationer, Mitogen-aktiverede eller ekstracellulære signalregulerede proteinkinase (MEK)-hæmmere for neuroblastom Ras Viral (v- ras) onkogen homolog (NRAS) mutationer og cKIT-hæmmere med kendte cKIT-mutationer er tilladt

  • Patienter med CNS-metastaser er kvalificerede:

    • hvis CNS-metastaser behandles, er patienter asymptomatiske eller neurologisk vendt tilbage til baseline
    • hvis de tidligere har ubehandlede CNS-metastaser og er asymptomatiske
    • hvis de har leptomeningeale metastaser, behandles og asymptomatisk eller neurologisk returneres til baseline med forventet levetid > 3 måneder
  • Patienter med en kendt historie med grad 3-4 immunrelaterede bivirkninger under/efter anti-CTLA-4 behandling, hvis alle toksiciteter er forsvundet til mindst grad 1

Ekskluderingskriterier:

  • Personer med ubehandlede, aktive metastaser fra centralnervesystemet (CNS) er udelukket
