Formålet med denne studien er å bestemme frekvensen og frekvensen av høygradig (CTCAE v4.0 grad 3 eller høyere), behandlingsrelaterte, utvalgte uønskede hendelser hos personer med histologisk bekreftet stadium III (ikke-opererbart) eller stadium IV melanom og progresjon etter tidligere behandling som inneholder et anti-cytotoksisk T-lymfocyttantigen (CTLA-4) monoklonalt antistoff, behandlet med Nivolumab (BMS-936558) i en dose på 3 mg/kg annenhver uke.

Inklusjonskriterier:

  • Personer med histologisk bekreftet malignt melanom

  • Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) ytelsesstatus (PS):

    • PS 0 til 1
    • PS 2
  • Tidligere behandlet ikke-opererbart stadium III eller stadium IV melanom i henhold til American Joint Committee on Cancer 2010 retningslinjer uavhengig av BRAF-mutasjonsstatus
  • Forsøkspersonene må ha opplevd evaluerbare responsevalueringskriterier i solide svulster (RECIST 1.1)-definert sykdomsprogresjon
  • Tidligere behandling med kjemoterapi, interferon (adjuvant setting), Interleukin (IL-2), BRAF/MEK-hemmere for forsøkspersoner med kjente BRAF-mutasjoner, Mitogen-aktiverte eller ekstracellulære signalregulerte proteinkinase (MEK)-hemmere for Neuroblastom Ras Viral (v- ras) onkogen homolog (NRAS) mutasjoner, og cKIT-hemmere med kjente cKIT-mutasjoner er tillatt

  • Pasienter med CNS-metastaser er kvalifisert:

    • hvis CNS-metastaser behandles, er pasientene asymptomatiske eller nevrologisk tilbake til baseline
    • dersom de har tidligere ubehandlede CNS-metastaser og er asymptomatiske
    • hvis de har leptomeningeale metastaser, blir behandlet og asymptomatisk eller nevrologisk returnert til baseline med forventet levealder > 3 måneder
  • Pasienter med en kjent historie med grad 3-4 immunrelaterte bivirkninger under/etter anti-CTLA-4-behandling hvis alle toksisiteter har forsvunnet minst til grad 1

Ekskluderingskriterier:

  • Pasienter med ubehandlede, aktive metastaser i sentralnervesystemet (CNS) er ekskludert
