Inklusionskriterier:

  • Skal have haft invasiv urothelial cancer med høj risiko for tilbagefald med oprindelse i blæren, urinlederen eller nyrebækkenet
  • Skal have haft radikal kirurgisk resektion (f.eks. radikal cystektomi), udført inden for de sidste 120 dage
  • Skal have sygdomsfri status som bestemt ved billeddiagnostik inden for 4 uger efter dosering
  • Tumorvæv skal leveres til biomarkøranalyse
  • Patienter, der ikke tidligere har modtaget neoadjuverende cisplatin-kemoterapi, skal være ude af stand til eller nægte cisplatin-baseret adjuverende kemoterapi

Ekskluderingskriterier:

  • Delvis fjernelse af blære eller delvis nyre (f.eks. delvis cystektomi eller delvis nefrektomi)
  • Sekundær behandling (f.eks. adjuverende systemisk kemoterapi til blærekræft) efter kirurgisk fjernelse af blærekræft
  • Personer med aktiv, kendt eller mistænkt autoimmun sygdom
  • Tidligere malignitet aktiv inden for de foregående 3 år bortset fra lokalt helbredelige kræftformer, der tilsyneladende er blevet helbredt
