Inclusiecriteria:

  • Moet invasieve urotheelkanker hebben gehad met een hoog risico op herhaling vanuit de blaas, urineleider of nierbekken
  • Moet een radicale chirurgische resectie hebben ondergaan (bijv. radicale cystectomie), uitgevoerd in de afgelopen 120 dagen
  • Moet een ziektevrije status hebben zoals bepaald door beeldvorming binnen 4 weken na toediening
  • Tumorweefsel moet worden verstrekt voor biomarkeranalyse
  • Patiënten die niet eerder neoadjuvante cisplatine-chemotherapie hebben gekregen, moeten niet in aanmerking komen voor cisplatine-gebaseerde adjuvante chemotherapie of deze weigeren

Uitsluitingscriteria:

  • Gedeeltelijke verwijdering van de blaas of gedeeltelijke nier (bijv. Gedeeltelijke cystectomie of gedeeltelijke nefrectomie)
  • Secundaire behandeling (bijv. adjuvante systemische chemotherapie voor blaaskanker) na chirurgische verwijdering van blaaskanker
  • Proefpersonen met een actieve, bekende of vermoede auto-immuunziekte
  • Eerdere maligniteit actief in de afgelopen 3 jaar, behalve voor lokaal geneesbare kankers die blijkbaar zijn genezen
  • Aandoening die systemische behandeling met corticosteroïden of andere immunosuppressieve medicatie vereist binnen 14 dagen na toediening van het onderzoeksgeneesmiddel
  • Positieve test op hepatitis B-virus oppervlakteantigeen (HBV s Ag) of hepatitis C-virus ribonucleïnezuur (HCV-antilichaam), wat wijst op een acute of chronische infectie
