Inklusjonskriterier:
- Må ha hatt invasiv urotelkreft med høy risiko for tilbakefall med opphav i blæren, urinlederen eller nyrebekkenet
- Må ha hatt radikal kirurgisk reseksjon (f.eks. radikal cystektomi), utført i løpet av de siste 120 dagene
- Må ha sykdomsfri status som bestemt ved bildediagnostikk innen 4 uker etter dosering
- Tumorvev må leveres for biomarkøranalyse
- Pasienter som ikke tidligere har fått neoadjuvant cisplatin-kjemoterapi, må ikke være kvalifisert for eller nekte cisplatin-basert adjuvant kjemoterapi
Ekskluderingskriterier:
- Delvis fjerning av blære eller delvis nyre (f.eks. delvis cystektomi eller delvis nefrektomi)
- Sekundær behandling (f.eks. adjuvant systemisk kjemoterapi for blærekreft) etter kirurgisk fjerning av blærekreft
- Personer med aktiv, kjent eller mistenkt autoimmun sykdom
- Tidligere malignitet aktiv i løpet av de siste 3 årene bortsett fra lokalt helbredende kreftformer som tilsynelatende har blitt helbredet
- Tilstand som krever systemisk behandling med enten kortikosteroider eller andre immunsuppressive medisiner innen 14 dager etter administrering av studiemedisin
- Positiv test for hepatitt B virus overflateantigen (HBV s Ag) eller hepatitt C virus ribonukleinsyre (HCV antistoff) som indikerer akutt eller kronisk infeksjon
