Beskrivelse

Inklusionskriterier:

  • Dokumenteret diagnose af Crohns sygdom (CD) i mindst 3 måneder før screening, inklusive ileal-, colon- eller ileo-colon-sygdomsfordeling
  • Skal have haft en utilstrækkelig respons, tab af respons eller intolerance over for 1 eller flere af standardbehandlingerne
  • Skal have aktiv moderat til svær CD
  • Mænd og kvinder skal acceptere at følge specifikke præventionsmetoder, hvis det er relevant

Ekskluderingskriterier:

  • Alvorlig eller fulminant colitis, der sandsynligvis vil kræve operation eller hospitalsindlæggelse
  • Tilstedeværelse af en diagnose af alternative former for colitis (infektiøs, inflammatorisk inklusive colitis ulcerosa, ondartet, toksisk, ubestemmelig osv.) bortset fra Crohns sygdom
  • Tidligere eksponering for BMS-986165 i enhver undersøgelse
  • Enhver større sygdom/tilstand eller tegn på en ustabil klinisk tilstand (f.eks. nyre-, lever-, hæmatologisk, gastrointestinal, endokrin, pulmonal, immunologisk, psykiatrisk eller lokal aktiv infektion/infektionssygdom), som efter investigators vurdering vil øge risiko for deltageren
