Formålet med denne undersøgelse er at sammenligne nivolumab plus neoadjuverende gemcitabin/cisplatin (GC) kemoterapi, efterfulgt af post-kirurgisk fortsættelse af immunonkologisk (IO) terapi, med neoadjuverende GC kemoterapi alene hos voksne deltagere med tidligere ubehandlet muskelinvasiv blærecancer (MIBC).

  • Deltageren skal anses for at være berettiget til radial cystektomi (RC) af sin onkolog og/eller urolog og skal acceptere at gennemgå radial cystektomi (RC) efter afslutning af neoadjuverende terapi.
  • Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) præstationsstatus 0 eller 1

Ekskluderingskriterier:

  • Klinisk bevis for positiv(e) lymfeknude(r) (LN) (≥ 10 mm i kort akse) eller metastatisk blærekræft
  • Forudgående systemisk terapi, strålebehandling eller kirurgi for blærekræft bortset fra trans urethral resektion af blæretumor (TURBT) eller biopsier er heller ikke tilladt
